Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority（MPFA）　强制性公积金计划管理局　

The MPFA was established in 1998.It aims to regulate the operation of the MPF system in Hong Kong and to ensure the trustees of MPF schemes comply with the relevant legislative requirements.Trustees are required to submit returns，financial statements and auditor’s reports to the MPFA on a regular basis.The MPFA may also conduct field inspections，special audits and impose sanctions on trustees that are in breach of the legislative requirements.
