Public holiday，weekend，or any other day not regarded as one on which normal business is transacted.Bills of exchange and other contracts falling due and payable on a non-business day are payable on the succeeding business day.Non-business days are excluded also in computing days of grace，allowed in an agreement such as an insurance policy.
